Welcome to job2 (job2.ai, operated by job2). By using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract.
The account, resume, work history and work-authorization information you give us must be true. Your account is for you alone; keep your password safe.

We match jobs to your preferences, generate tailored resumes and, depending on your plan, apply for you and provide mock interviews and other services. Each plan includes what the site described when you bought it.
We don't control employers' decisions and don't promise interviews or offers, except for the refund guarantee attached to Elite, whose conditions are in the guarantee terms.
Job listings come from public sources and employers' hiring sites and may be wrong or closed; check before you apply.

All plans are one-time payments collected by Stripe and don't renew automatically. The term starts when you pay.
Payments are non-refundable except as stated in the guarantee terms or required by law.
Interview guides are digital content and can't be refunded after purchase.
Prices and plans may change, but not for a plan you've already bought.

Your resume and the information you give us stay yours. You let us process, rewrite, store and send it as needed to provide the service, including to AI providers and the employers you apply to.
You confirm your content is true and doesn't infringe anyone's rights.
If you share an interview guide, you confirm it's your own experience and doesn't break any confidentiality agreement you signed, and you let us show and sell it and take it down on request.

Tailored resumes and the AI resume builder's output are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. We automatically remove numbers and skills that aren't in your original resume, but please review everything before you send it; you're responsible for what you submit.

Once enabled, you authorize us to submit applications in your name to jobs that match your preferences, using your answers and tailored resumes.
Applying through a third-party platform such as LinkedIn may break that platform's terms and could get your account restricted or closed. You understand and accept this risk before enabling it.
When an application asks something we have no answer for, we skip it and ask you; we never make up an answer. You can pause applying or disconnect your account at any time.

Give false information, impersonate someone, or share content that isn't yours.
Scrape the site, interfere with or reverse-engineer the service, or get around payment or usage limits.
Use the service for anything illegal.

The service uses third parties such as Stripe, OpenAI, AWS and Google, and links to employers' and hiring sites. Their own terms apply, and we aren't responsible for their content or conduct.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You'll cover claims and losses we suffer because you broke these terms or gave false information.

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms; refunds owed by law or under the guarantee terms aren't affected.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, and the courts in King County, Washington hear any disputes.
