FAQ
Will my resume get experience I don't have?+
No. The agent only reorders, rewrites and emphasizes what is already on your resume. Any fact that isn't in your original resume is detected and removed.
I'm on a green card / H-1B / OPT. Will you apply to jobs I can't take?+
The first sign-up question is your work authorization. We automatically skip citizen-only, security-clearance and no-sponsorship jobs.
Does Full Service need my LinkedIn login? What are the risks?+
Yes. Your credentials are stored encrypted and used only to apply. Automated applying is against LinkedIn's terms and your account could be restricted, so we cap daily volume, space out applications, and pause and notify you when a CAPTCHA appears.
Do you only accept PDF resumes?+
